About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning)
Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes
Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs
Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases
Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of experience in IAM
Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON
Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications)
SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
