Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop data & BI solutions for Group Insurance
Work with business leaders on project requirements, solution design, and end-to-end development
Oversee and guide BI & data resources across the delivery lifecycle
Design and develop scalable reports and dashboards
Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Analytics, and business teams
Drive and support Data Enablement initiatives improving data accessibility and usability
Provide guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance to other team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years’ experience in data management and business intelligence, including team leadership background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong SQL and BI skillsets (Tableau)
Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Office products, and data visualization technologies
Broad knowledge of the Group insurance industry
Strong history of BI solution delivery
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships across diverse stakeholders
Experience managing complex projects and timelines
Ability to influence while building trust and consensus among multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams with competing interests
