Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Data, Digital, and Product leadership teams
Translate business and transformation priorities into actionable talent strategies
Partner with leaders to drive execution against business goals
Enable alignment between Talent & Culture COE priorities and enterprise strategy
Lead organizational design and restructuring efforts aligned to business needs
Develop and execute workforce plans aligned to current and future capability needs
Lead talent review processes, including succession planning and pipeline development
Coach leaders on performance management and leadership behaviors

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience supporting Technology, Digital, Engineering, or Data organizations
Demonstrated experience in organizational design, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation
Experience in agile or product-platform based operating models preferred
