About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Data, Digital, and Product leadership teams
  • Translate business and transformation priorities into actionable talent strategies
  • Partner with leaders to drive execution against business goals
  • Enable alignment between Talent & Culture COE priorities and enterprise strategy
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring efforts aligned to business needs
  • Develop and execute workforce plans aligned to current and future capability needs
  • Lead talent review processes, including succession planning and pipeline development
  • Coach leaders on performance management and leadership behaviors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting Technology, Digital, Engineering, or Data organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation
  • Experience in agile or product-platform based operating models preferred
