About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Data, Digital, and Product leadership teams
- Translate business and transformation priorities into actionable talent strategies
- Partner with leaders to drive execution against business goals
- Enable alignment between Talent & Culture COE priorities and enterprise strategy
- Lead organizational design and restructuring efforts aligned to business needs
- Develop and execute workforce plans aligned to current and future capability needs
- Lead talent review processes, including succession planning and pipeline development
- Coach leaders on performance management and leadership behaviors
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting Technology, Digital, Engineering, or Data organizations
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation
- Experience in agile or product-platform based operating models preferred
