About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate, develop and lead the email marketing strategy for the Financial Protection and Retirement Services (FPRS) business
- Build, scale, design and execute lifecycle email programs across our suite of retirement solutions
- Translate go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches into targeted email journeys and campaigns
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, testing, deployment, AI solutions, and reporting
- Partner with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact communications that drive productivity and targeted outcomes
- Lead optimization of email performance through A/B testing, journey enhancements, and data-driven decision-making
- Maintain strong data governance practices including segmentation strategy, audience targeting, and data hygiene improvements
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications meet regulatory and brand standards
- Support the development of scalable marketing automation infrastructure and email best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to evolve email strategy accordingly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience working within wealth management, financial services, or a highly regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical proficiency with AMPscript and SQL
- Strong command of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
- Proven experience enabling sales and supporting go-to-market efforts through email
