About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate, develop and lead the email marketing strategy for the Financial Protection and Retirement Services (FPRS) business
  • Build, scale, design and execute lifecycle email programs across our suite of retirement solutions
  • Translate go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and product launches into targeted email journeys and campaigns
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, testing, deployment, AI solutions, and reporting
  • Partner with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact communications that drive productivity and targeted outcomes
  • Lead optimization of email performance through A/B testing, journey enhancements, and data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain strong data governance practices including segmentation strategy, audience targeting, and data hygiene improvements
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all communications meet regulatory and brand standards
  • Support the development of scalable marketing automation infrastructure and email best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to evolve email strategy accordingly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Experience working within wealth management, financial services, or a highly regulated industry
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong technical proficiency with AMPscript and SQL
  • Strong command of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and customer journey orchestration
  • Proven experience enabling sales and supporting go-to-market efforts through email
