About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports strategy execution and initiative governance by translating strategic direction into clear plans, prioritized initiatives, and leadership‑ready insights
- Partners cross‑functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, Distribution, Marketing, and Technology to coordinate planning activities
- Prepares executive materials and dashboards, documents decisions and trade‑offs, and monitors risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
- Maintains strategy roadmaps and initiative portfolios
- Tracks initiative timelines, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and alignment to objectives and capital assumptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy execution, or program and initiative management
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Financial services or insurance experience preferred: especially with Disability and/or Executive Benefits
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
