About the role

  • Drive broad adoption of AI productivity tools across FPRS by defining practical guidance, standard usage patterns, and guardrails
  • Develop and maintain AI playbooks, reusable prompt libraries, and workflow examples
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Underwriting, and Service teams to identify, document, and scale repeatable AI use‑case patterns
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning partners to support role‑based AI literacy and adoption
  • Support and help evolve the FPRS AI Champion network by providing guidance, prompt libraries, and feedback loops
  • Analyze usage patterns, adoption trends, and qualitative feedback to identify friction points
  • Define handoff and sustainability standards
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders across FPRS to share guidance, adoption insights, and enablement updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in roles related to business transformation, technology enablement, digital productivity, or operational improvement
  • Demonstrated experience supporting adoption of tools or ways of working across complex organizations
  • Experience creating playbooks, standards, training assets, or communities of practice that scale capability beyond individual contributors
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Copilot and GenAI tools strongly preferred
