About the role
- Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with the product vision and objectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather input and refine priorities
- Integrate usability studies, customer research, and data/AI standards into product requirements
- Define and maintain end-to-end product journeys, identifying data input/output needs
- Drive continuous improvement of business processes impacting product success
- Partner with business leaders to establish product business value and support messaging
- Ensure organizational readiness and change management align with product delivery timelines
- Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and risks across teams and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Proven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps, integrating customer research, and ensuring compliance with data/AI standards
- Strong knowledge of product journey mapping, business operational improvement, and objectives and key results management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
