About the role

  • Support the Group Benefits Transformation strategy for the organization’s transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office, portfolio program leads, and cross-functional Group Benefits partners
  • Assist business areas with improving change adoption
  • Support training and resource development
  • Act as a liaison with all internal Group Benefits departments
  • Facilitate engagement and market programs to drive engagement and adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, preferred
  • Experience delivering on complex projects or timelines
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with business partners and communicate a vision
  • Previous experience with change management preferred
