About the role
- Support the Group Benefits Transformation strategy for the organization’s transformation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Program Management Office, portfolio program leads, and cross-functional Group Benefits partners
- Assist business areas with improving change adoption
- Support training and resource development
- Act as a liaison with all internal Group Benefits departments
- Facilitate engagement and market programs to drive engagement and adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, preferred
- Experience delivering on complex projects or timelines
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust with business partners and communicate a vision
- Previous experience with change management preferred
