About the role

  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment
  • Support execution planning by aligning financial and operational goals with initiative timelines and milestones
  • Track initiative performance against defined KPIs and provide actionable insights
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments as it relates to strategic investments
  • Assist with developing and maintaining dynamic scenario planning models to assess financial impact under varying business conditions
  • Provide variance analysis and recommendations to improve financial outcomes
  • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor project performance against financial and operational KPIs
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to enhance decision-making
  • Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and other business functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategic priorities
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate strategy, or management consulting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
