About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, implement, enhance, and optimize the Kiwiplan Manufacturing Execution System and related applications for the Corrugated division
Partner with business stakeholders and plant personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, and translate needs into technology solutions
Troubleshoot system-related issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency
Configure, test, validate, and support software enhancements, integrations, and system improvements
Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios
Create and maintain process documentation, system design documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver technology solutions that improve business processes and operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in business or IT functions supporting enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, or business technology solutions
Experience with Kiwiplan software or related ERP/MES platforms
Experience gathering business requirements, documenting system needs, and translating requirements into technology solutions
Willingness and ability to participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation
Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, including on-site work at Corrugated manufacturing facilities
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Existing knowledge of Kiwiplan manufacturing systems preferred
Experience in demand management and on-time management preferred
Knowledge of the corrugated industry preferred
Experience writing SQL queries or working with MySQL preferred
Knowledge of Linux operating systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field preferred
