About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a self-perform team to repair and restore utility-scale solar and BESS project sites while applying Principle Based Management (PBM)
Develop and improve processes that drive consistent behaviors, increase productivity, and maximize profitability across projects
Ensure all work is executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with DEPCOM’s quality standards and construction requirements
Improve decision-making through knowledge sharing, the challenge process, and clear ownership of decision rights
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks while maintaining transparent communication with customers and stakeholders
Maintain a forward-looking plan by ensuring the team is aligned on a three-week lookahead
Provide accurate daily reporting and interact with customers as needed to support project success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Electrical Journeyman license with strong working knowledge of NEC code and field application
Experience leading self-perform crews or subcontractors in construction or field service environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to support reporting, communication, and planning
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively to project sites
