About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise mobile phlebotomy operations, including vendor performance, workflow execution, and patient access support.
- Manage nationwide phlebotomy vendor relationships, contracting, onboarding, service-level performance, and operational escalations.
- Drive operational standardization, workflow optimization, and service-level accountability across enterprise mobile phlebotomy operations.
- Own mobile phlebotomy cost-of-goods (COGs) tracking, forecasting, budget management, invoice reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and improve operational and financial KPIs, including cost per collection, redraws, no-show rates, utilization, and vendor SLA performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, patient services, diagnostics operations, or related operational leadership roles.
- Strong analytical, financial management, and operational reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, workflow platforms, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or mobile phlebotomy is a plus.
