About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with KOLs across academic and community settings.
- Engage KOLs in scientific dialogue to deepen understanding of the company’s technologies and products.
- Develop, refine, and present scientific content (slides, abstracts, and data summaries) to external audiences.
- Lead presentations at regional meetings, CME events, and scientific forums.
- Act as a trusted scientific resource for Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically bachelor’s with ~8–12 years (or 6–8 with master’s / 3–5 with PhD/PharmD/MD) diagnostic or pharma experience required.
- Typically 2–5+ years of experience in MSL or related medical affairs role.
- Demonstrated experience in KOL engagement and scientific presentation delivery.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage territory priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to ~60%.
