About the role
- Lead a team of Account Executives within a designated region
- Promote SHIELD to general practice providers
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Account Executives
- Manage relationships with laboratories and thought leaders
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, diagnostic or med device
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership/Sales management capacity
- Proven Experience leading sales teams who promote products or services directly to primary care providers
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using/coaching to different sales methodology
