About the role
- Promote the Shield colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to primary care practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory
- Develop and execute business plans to support new technology launches
Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing sales role within the healthcare industry
- Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
- Familiarity with the primary care landscape in assigned territory
- Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva
