About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team across multiple European markets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, DemandBase, and ZoomInfo.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
  • Manage daily operations of the SDR team, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training.
  • Develop and refine outreach cadences and messaging in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report insights to leadership.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Support SDRs in lead qualification and handoff to Account Executives.
  • Champion the use of sales enablement tools and ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading SDR or inside sales teams, ideally in a Telecom, Cyber Security or Cloud Services environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with DemandBase, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing remote multinational teams.
