Senior Recruiter – Supply Chain

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Operations support functions across multiple GTI locations
- Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Support both individual contributor and leadership hiring across multiple facilities
- Drive hiring execution against aggressive growth timelines and operational priorities
- Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, competitor analysis, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, organizational structure, and market positioning
- Screen candidates for technical capability, operational knowledge, leadership potential, and culture fit
- Maintain ATS accuracy, candidate tracking, and recruiting workflow discipline
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience with strong background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Manufacturing recruiting
- Experience recruiting for operational and Supply Chain functions in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or engineered product environments
- Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagement
- Experience partnering with operational and executive leadership teams
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
