About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure members’ needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial assessment.
- Recommend the most appropriate products and services fulfilling the member’s financial goals.
- Assist in generating leads and maintaining existing member relationships.
- Provide a great member experience through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Gather information and analyze facts to educate members on appropriate products/services.
- Conduct member financial transactions, including processing and closing consumer loan products.
- Exhibit a desire for continuous education to better serve members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in the financial industry or related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual Spanish Required.
