About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communication with drivers for the management of appointments in workshops
Preparation of quotations
Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries
Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available
Mechanical advice on enquiries received
Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history)
Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule
Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training
Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
Danish C1/C2 is essential
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
