Instructional Designer
GT IndependenceInstructional Designer responsible for developing training programs and resources at GT Independence. Partnering with stakeholders to improve performance and deliver effective learning solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives
- Create multimedia aspects of training content such as gamification techniques, video, audio, infographics, handouts, and instructional guides
- Manage course updates, 508 compliance, and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Develop and implement methods to measure training effectiveness
- Analyze feedback and data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience designing and developing with Articulate 360, or similar software
- Proficiency with learning management systems such as UKG Learning LMS or similar platforms
- Exceptional instructional design skills
- Effective and appropriate written and verbal communication skills in a business environment
