Key responsibilities & impact

Provide senior-level oversight of multi-state operations, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery
Develop, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices
Monitor regional performance and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk operational issues
Execute enterprise-level strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Partner with executive leadership on national growth strategies, new market expansion, and program launches
Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance dashboards to drive results
Lead, coach, and develop regional Directors of Operations and senior operational leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related field (required)
Master’s degree preferred or equivalent senior-level operational leadership experience
8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior or executive roles
Proven success leading multi‑state or national operations in regulated environments
Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar industries
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
