About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and commonly used local languages for the territory
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India
  • Prior pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory experience preferred
  • Comfort discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals preferred
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills preferred
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work preferred
  • Fluency in regional languages relevant to the assigned territory preferred
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility preferred
