About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.

  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical business, healthcare sales or medical liaison roles (preferred).
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals (preferred).
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred).
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity (preferred).
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Mumbai (preferred).
