About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, science-led relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare partners in the Gwalior territory.
  • Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local patient needs.
  • Share clear, accurate and balanced medical information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Gwalior
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.
