About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
  • Create and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Assamese or other local languages used in Jorhat.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
