About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare partners across the Purnea territory.
  • Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local patient needs.
  • Share clear, balanced and science-led information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve your performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Purnea (for example Hindi, Maithili, or Urdu)
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.
