About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Create and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs.
- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or other local languages used in Nashik.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
