About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local patient needs.
- Share clear, accurate and science-led information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; other local languages are a plus.
- Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles would be a plus.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.
- Fluency in local languages spoken in Raipur and Chhattisgarh would be a plus.
