About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
  • Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local patient needs.
  • Share clear, accurate and science-led information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; other local languages are a plus.
  • Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles would be a plus.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.
  • Fluency in local languages spoken in Raipur and Chhattisgarh would be a plus.
