Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Mancheriyal.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory roles (preferred).
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals (preferred).
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred).
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work (preferred).
  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi or other regional languages commonly used in the area (preferred).
