Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare partners in the Bilaspur territory.
Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local patient needs.
Share clear, accurate, science-led information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Bilaspur (for example Hindi or Chhattisgarhi).
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles is preferred.
