About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with healthcare partners
- Create and deliver a clear territory business plan based on customer insight and local needs
- Share accurate, science-led information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights reliably using company systems
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Barwani
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory roles (preferred)
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred)
