About the role
- Represent all Clinical Operations functions at the asset level
- Develop operational strategy and delivery plan for the asset
- Contribute to the development of the Clinical Development Plan and Integrated Evidence Plan
- Lead resourcing discussions and manage vendor selection
- Ensure clinical operations inspection readiness and quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in general science or a Life/Health-related discipline
- Proven expertise in managing complex clinical research projects across multiple phases and geographies
- Demonstrated experience in oncology clinical operations
- Established leadership in above-study roles
- Hands-on experience in delivering registrational oncology studies
- Deep knowledge of clinical development processes
