About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development of assigned HCP personal promotional tactics
- Create and deliver robust field engagement plans
- Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders
- Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs
- Effectively lead cross-functional team of internal and external partners
- Measure and track performance of key tactics
- Work closely with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with brand strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA, preferably in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field
- Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience
- Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
