About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of assigned HCP personal promotional tactics
  • Create and deliver robust field engagement plans
  • Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders
  • Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs
  • Effectively lead cross-functional team of internal and external partners
  • Measure and track performance of key tactics
  • Work closely with marketing Directors to ensure tactics align with brand strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA, preferably in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
