Territory Sales Executive – Jalesar

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage healthcare professionals to build trusted, science-led relationships.
- Design and deliver a territory plan based on customer insight and local needs.
- Work closely with colleagues across commercial, medical and access teams to solve local challenges and improve patient care.
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs.
- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Jalesar (Etah).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales or territory roles (preferred).
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals (preferred).
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred).
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work (preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi (preferred).
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility (preferred).
