About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners in Bhuj.
  • Develop and deliver a territory plan guided by customer insight and local patient needs.
  • Share clear, accurate and balanced medical information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
  • Record activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Bhuj.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles (preferred).
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals (preferred).
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred).
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work (preferred).
  • Fluency in Gujarati and good local market knowledge of Bhuj and surrounding areas (preferred).
