About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead commercial growth and customer engagement across an assigned territory in India.
- Build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare teams and institutional partners.
- Design and deliver territory plans that drive business results and support better patient outcomes.
- Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based information.
- Gather market and customer feedback and use insights to shape local plans and improve execution.
- Work with colleagues across functions to solve customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards and local regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; science, pharmacy or medical background is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, field roles or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
- Comfortable using everyday digital tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Customer-focused mindset with integrity and a commitment to ethical behaviour.
