About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with C and D-suite decision makers across assigned community oncology accounts
- Serving as the primary GSK account lead and subject matter expert
- Advancing GSK brand objectives by enhancing awareness and removing patient access barriers to products
- Delivering compelling value propositions and engaging in fruitful virtual and live customer discussions
- Informing internal GSK colleagues with timely and accurate customer insights
- Representing GSK at educational and business conferences and ensuring a credible, reliable and professional image
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of oncology sales, marketing and/or account management experience in the pharma industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of the economic framework of the oncology practice environment, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and coding and billing for IV therapies
- Experience supporting oncology pharmaceutical product launches and lifecycle management
- Prior experience managing sales teams or other first line leader experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting account-level contracting and pricing strategies (preferred)
