About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with C and D-suite decision makers across assigned community oncology accounts
  • Serving as the primary GSK account lead and subject matter expert
  • Advancing GSK brand objectives by enhancing awareness and removing patient access barriers to products
  • Delivering compelling value propositions and engaging in fruitful virtual and live customer discussions
  • Informing internal GSK colleagues with timely and accurate customer insights
  • Representing GSK at educational and business conferences and ensuring a credible, reliable and professional image

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of oncology sales, marketing and/or account management experience in the pharma industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the economic framework of the oncology practice environment, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers and coding and billing for IV therapies
  • Experience supporting oncology pharmaceutical product launches and lifecycle management
  • Prior experience managing sales teams or other first line leader experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting account-level contracting and pricing strategies (preferred)
