About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the regional regulatory intelligence and policy strategy to support asset’s regulatory strategies
Act as the regional lead for identification, prioritization and coordination of regulatory intelligence (RI) activities
Provide senior subject-matter expertise to influence regulatory outcomes
Foster the acceleration initiatives across the region anticipating opportunities and risk among relevant stakeholders
Support capability building and training, ensuring effective adoption of new regulatory requirements and approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Biological or Healthcare Science
Strong experience in regulatory intelligence, policy, and strategy within a global environment
Deep knowledge of clinical development, regulatory frameworks, and Health Authority processes
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to translate insights into action
Excellent communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders
Ability to drive collaboration and alignment across complex, matrix team
