Assistant Manager, Immigration Services
GSKAssistant Manager coordinating immigration operations across Europe and APAC jurisdictions at GSK. Advising HR on compliance and managing external vendor relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the single point of contact for assigned immigration cases from intake to closure.
- Manage visa, work permit and right-to-work processes across Europe, Americas & APAC jurisdictions coordinating with external vendors.
- Advise HR and hiring managers on immigration options, timelines and compliance.
- Maintain accurate case records in HR systems.
- Monitor timelines, resolve case escalations, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement projects to simplify processes and improve service delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in global immigration operations.
- Practical knowledge of immigration and right-to-work requirements across Europe, Americas & APAC countries.
- Experience managing relationships with Immigration vendors.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional European language skills are useful.
- Strong organisation, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
