Associate Director, Third Party Processes – Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement and maintain TPM processes or outsourcing models
- Ensure TPM processes or outsourcing models are embedded in business as usual and compliant with GSK standards
- Develop and execute process/model oversight mechanisms
- Propose opportunities for TPM process improvements, third party model improvements, and/or system enhancements
- Lead and/or support initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation in third party management
- Develop and provide required end-user support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline
- Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry or a related field with strong expertise in clinical operations and third party management
- Expertise in process mapping, modelling, and redesigning workflows to streamline operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
- Strong organizational skills to ensure goals are met within tight deadlines and budgets
- Ability to clearly articulate process changes and their impact to stakeholders across various levels of the organization
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaborator with experience in building networks of partners and stakeholders and broadly engaging with expert communities.
