About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for converting DevOps performance and productivity data into strategic insights
  • Set and govern performance measurement frameworks
  • Steer benchmarking and progress evaluation
  • Identify and frame targeted interventions that improve cycle time, predictability, and delivery effectiveness
  • Lead the development of high-impact insight packs, narratives, and executive-level performance summaries
  • Synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear points of view
  • Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, shaping performance questions and options
  • Lead internal and external benchmarking activities
  • Own advanced resource, capacity, and demand intelligence
  • Partner closely with Finance and Planning functions to align performance, resourcing, and financial views
  • Promote a fact-based, insight-led decision culture across Development Operations and R&D

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Extensive experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or a closely related environment, with strong exposure to clinical development, development operations, or R&D delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and analyze data, and leverage it to inform sound business decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and create robust visualizations of data to convey messages
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance analytics, KPI frameworks, benchmarking, and decision intelligence in a matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority and operate credibly at executive level
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Data, and Finance teams to shape analytic solutions and improve data quality and automation
