About the role
- Partner with SCT work stream SMEs, GPOs, the Systems Integrator and Business Integrators to support identification of training needs, knowledge assets and other process documentation requirements
- Work with GSK People Capability colleagues to support analysis of existing process documentation and training courses
- Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, System and Business integrator to develop documentation and training materials
- Support development of training programmes for demand and supply planning personas
- Publish and manage knowledge resources on the GSK knowledge platforms
- Deliver process, OMP solution trainings as a part of the deployment of OMP
- Provide on job support and coaching for planning personas post go live
- Support the Program delivery governance by generating status reports related to training
- Continuously improve training approach and assets.
Requirements
- Experience in running supply planning processes and systems
- Practical experience in translating process and solution design into the knowledge assets
- Experience in developing training materials, user guides and delivering training
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations
- Business proficiency in English language is a must.
