Supply Chain Transformation Training Subject Matter Expert, Supply
GSKSupply Chain Transformation Training SME supporting the development and deployment of supply chain capabilities at GSK. Collaborating with diverse teams and delivering essential training and support throughout the process.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with SCT work stream SMEs, GPOs, the Systems Integrator and Business Integrators to support identification of training needs, knowledge assets and other process documentation requirements
- Work with GSK People Capability colleagues to support analysis of existing process documentation and training courses
- Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, System and Business integrator to develop documentation and training materials
- Support development of training programmes for demand and supply planning personas
- Publish and manage knowledge resources on the GSK knowledge platforms
- Deliver process, OMP solution trainings as a part of the deployment of OMP
- Provide on job support and coaching for planning personas post go live
- Support the Program delivery governance by generating status reports related to training
- Continuously improve training approach and assets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in running supply planning processes and systems
- Practical experience in translating process and solution design into the knowledge assets
- Experience in developing training materials, user guides and delivering training
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations
- Business proficiency in English language is a must.
