- Lead role-specific development and training for the Market Access Teams
- Support training projects and other MA department initiatives
- Conduct on-going needs analysis and leverage results to inform/adjust training strategies and curriculums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years of Market Access experience
- Experience with account management & stakeholder engagement in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
