About the role
- Lead development and execution of US HCP marketing plans for a hepatology launch, with particular focus on promotional tactics to drive brand awareness and adoption.
- Develop and execute implementation strategy including field promotional materials and/or digital promotional materials to support implementation.
- Create and deliver robust field engagement plans and campaign training.
- Strategically personalize product and educational messaging to target segments and specialists.
- Effectively lead cross-functional teams of internal and external partners to drive synchronized launch execution.
- Measure, track and optimize performance of key tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years U.S. pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, preferably in specialty or hepatology areas.
- Experience developing integrated HCP and patient marketing plans.
- Proven experience managing external agencies and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the U.S. office; domestic travel up to 20% as needed.
