About the role
- Lead your team in the development of performance driving key account plans
- Embed an omni-channel approach to engaging with customers
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners to execute the strategic brand plan
- Drive a culture of leadership, sales excellence and continuous improvement
- Keep up to speed on developments in the respective therapeutic areas
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners; regulatory, medical, and market access
Requirements
- An accomplished sales leader within the pharmaceutical space
- A tertiary degree in Business, Science, Biomedical or Education
- A thorough understanding of the hospital customer landscape and commercialisation of new and existing specialty medicines
- Excellent business acumen with strong performance diagnosis, business planning and execution capabilities
- Effective leadership, management and coaching skills with a passion for developing people
- Excellent business partnering, influencing skills and ability to work across boundaries with a broad range of cross functional stakeholders
- Launch and disease area experience preferable
- Ability and willingness to commit to regular national travel
