About the role
- Design and implement technical solutions aligned with platform strategy.
- Support platform design and deployment, ensuring harmonization and quality across sites.
- Co-develop secondary processes and provide technical expertise during process transfers from R&D to manufacturing.
- Define strategies for new equipment and technologies, including benchmarking and validation.
- Coordinate technical expertise networks and foster knowledge sharing internally and externally.
- Lead or contribute to transversal projects and multidisciplinary workstreams.
- Provide troubleshooting support and manage knowledge systems for future process ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- 3+ years' experience working in aseptic technologies.
- Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration position.
- Master's degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy (preferred).
- Experience in problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Experience in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and manage change effectively.
- Fluent in English - B levels - English Independent User (B1/Intermediate English and B2/Upper-Intermediate)
- Basis in French/Italian or German language is a plus.
- Experience with compliance requirements, data analysis and IT tools.
- Proven Track record in problem solving and global project management.
- Good skills in project management, change management and team/meeting facilitation.
- Trans-cultural experience and proven ability to work in a complex and multi-cultural environment.
- Conflict resolution and consensus building.
- Excellent writing skills: Naturally practice and produce well structured (scientific, quality) documents. Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
- Proven ability of understanding compliance requirements.
- Ability to gather information from different sources.
- Good team player.
