About the role

  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned with platform strategy.
  • Support platform design and deployment, ensuring harmonization and quality across sites.
  • Co-develop secondary processes and provide technical expertise during process transfers from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Define strategies for new equipment and technologies, including benchmarking and validation.
  • Coordinate technical expertise networks and foster knowledge sharing internally and externally.
  • Lead or contribute to transversal projects and multidisciplinary workstreams.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and manage knowledge systems for future process ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • 3+ years' experience working in aseptic technologies.
  • Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration position.
  • Master's degree in process engineering, life sciences, or related fields such as biology, biomedical science, or pharmacy (preferred).
  • Experience in problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and manage change effectively.
  • Fluent in English - B levels - English Independent User (B1/Intermediate English and B2/Upper-Intermediate)
  • Basis in French/Italian or German language is a plus.
  • Experience with compliance requirements, data analysis and IT tools.
  • Proven Track record in problem solving and global project management.
  • Good skills in project management, change management and team/meeting facilitation.
  • Trans-cultural experience and proven ability to work in a complex and multi-cultural environment.
  • Conflict resolution and consensus building.
  • Excellent writing skills: Naturally practice and produce well structured (scientific, quality) documents. Writes in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience.
  • Proven ability of understanding compliance requirements.
  • Ability to gather information from different sources.
  • Good team player.
  • Shows flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
