About the role
- Lead the execution of oncology portfolio strategy aligned to community oncology and specialty GPO networks.
- Translate customer insights and analytics into practical account plans and measurable KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Field, and Commercial Operations.
- Guide pilots and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize account engagement and measure outcomes.
- Build senior stakeholder alignment and present account performance and recommendations to leaders.
- Support the development of team members and partners to strengthen account capabilities and ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of commercial experience in healthcare, including account management, customer marketing, and institutional/community oncology engagement.
- Experience developing and implementing channel-specific strategies in oncology.
