Challenge the established procedures and forge cross-functional decision making
Collaborate with subject matter experts in clinical operation and pipeline project management
Hands-on rapid prototyping on AI platform
Develop strong relationships with important stakeholders throughout GSK
Promote AI adoption and diffusion

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, bioinformatics, applied math, statistics or engineering
10 + years product management experience in full AI and Data product lifecycle
5 + years' experience in one or more life science R&D domain areas: pre-clinical research, clinical trial design and operation, precision medicine, regulatory science, chemistry, and manufacturing and controls (CMC)
10+ years' experience in people leadership
Experience of AI/ML model metrics (e.g., F1)
Proficiency in AI-based tools in market research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Agile tool kits such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
Hands-on experience in databricks, n8n, LLM, Azure AI stack, GCP AI stack, or equivalent
