About the role
- Leading key projects for an important inhaled respiratory growth brand and an innovative launch product in refractory chronic cough.
- Focused on campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Aligning the execution of marketing plan with overall business unit objectives.
- Leverage leading-edge technology to orchestrate experiences for consumers and own core promotional channels.
- Support key promotional activities including campaign evolution, segmentation optimization, omnichannel strategy, agency management, and operational planning.
- Report to the DTC Marketing Director and partner closely with brand team members and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical business experience.
- DTC Marketing or other relevant commercial experience including HCP, Digital or Multi-channel marketing.
- Minimum of 2 days per week in office required in either Philadelphia, PA or Durham NC.
- Master’s Degree (MBA) Preferred.
- Prior marketing launch experience.
- Core marketing experience, including strategy development and execution.
- Knowledge of the healthcare system, market environment, customer care, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for a wide variety of audiences.
- Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross functional teams.
- Experience bringing promotional materials through legal, regulatory and medical review.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team.
