• Overall accountable to provide scientific and medical support for the vaccines portfolio in the EPM.
• Provide line management for the Medical Advisor Vaccines and oversight of the third-party partner field medical team.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key clinical experts, public health bodies, and third-party partners.
• Contribute medical insights to local and cross-country strategic plans and ensure alignment with global medical strategy.
• Deliver balanced, evidence-based medical information to healthcare professionals, Partner and internal teams.
• Ensure medical governance and compliance in all scientific engagements and communications.
• Act as the EPM area medical expert for vaccines topics.
• Line and third-party management.
• Plan and deliver non-promotional scientific exchanges, advisory boards, and educational activities.
• Gather clinical and market insights to inform medical and commercial strategies.
• Support local market access and public health discussions by providing clinical evidence and context.
• Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, safety, third parties, and global medical colleagues to deliver integrated plans.
• Prepare and review medical materials, scientific responses, and regulatory-compliant content.
